Colorado Springs Realtor - Joan Welch

Hi! My name is Joan, and I am the wife of Phil, the mother of Ronda, and grandmother of Justin, April and little Eric (pictured to the left). I am also a leukemia survivor, which has taught me the importance of God, family, friends, home, and living life to its fullest. My husband and I moved to Colorado Springs from the South in 1989 and have never regretted our decision. We love it here in Colorado!

I am licensed by the state of Colorado as a real estate broker. My professional affiliations include being a member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), the Colorado Association of REALTORS (CAR), and our local Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS (PPAR).
